Kia Ora! For today we talked about Getting Enough Sleep.We have to sleep early because our body need rest and ready for tomorrow activity . Have an energy and strength.
1. We get enough sleep 8-10 hours as a teenager.
2.I woke up at 7 am to prepare my thing in going to school,and go to sleep at 9 pm.I have enough sleep because it takes 10 hours.
3.Four ways of quality of sleep :
* Study earlier and prepare everything for school.
*Avoid playing active games and watch movies or play gadgets.
*Avoid chatting with friend late at night.
* Have a regular bedtime to follow.
4.It's very important to get a good sleep each night because it will help us to be more active in school,participate in physical activities.
