Sleep and Exercise for teenagers

 Hi Readers to day in our Health class we talked about our health , healthy food and Execises.To be healthy you should eat healthey food, Below as you see theiris a food that you can eat if you want to Diet or just be healthy.


We also talked about Sleeping shcedules Everytime we sleep we should sleep at 9 pm, phones are off and no playing. you should wake up at 7 am  and we are not allowed to sleep above 9 pm or else you might ended up getting late at school.

Exercise Is goood for you if you want to exercise you should do every day for 10 minutes. when you are always active and exercising, your muscle will get growing even your heart. and the fact is you start to breath faster so your blood can pick up more oxygen from your lungs
